DESCRIPTION OF GOODS & SERVICES

Intervene Herbal is the online retail outlet of Something Natural distribution company, a distributor of organic and natural products.

AGREEMENT OF SALE

All products remain the property of Intervene Herbal until payment has been made in full. The agreement of sale between the customer and Intervene Herbal is only valid once payment has been received and cleared in Intervene Herbal’s bank account.

Intervene Herbal will take responsibility for all transactions on this website – sales, service, support, dispute resolution and delivery of goods.

DELIVERY POLICY

All orders will be processed within one working day (our aim is within 4 hours on the same day).

All orders are dispatched via various courier services. A delayed delivery is not grounds for a return or refund.
Proof of delivery is confirmed via the respective courier services – any person that has accepted and signed at the delivery address is deemed as confirmation of delivery.

RETURN & REFUNDS POLICY

All goods and services supplied by Intervene Herbal are subject to availability. Intervene Herbal will make contact with the customer in case of stock outs.

Intervene Herbal will accept an order cancellation up to the point before the order has been dispatched and collected by the respective courier service.

All products are sold with a 7 day satisfaction guarantee.If you are not happy with a product that you received for any reason, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with the reason for dissatisfaction. If the product is in its original sealed state we will issue a return order, which is our authorisation for you to return the product to us.

Shipping costs for the return will be for your account. Upon receiving the product we will inspect the item and if in its original sealed state will then refund you the full value of the product.

If the product has been opened or used, then your feedback will be escalated to product manufacturers who in turn will use their discretion to determine a refund value. Intervene Herbal will not be held responsible for issuing the refund in this scenario, rather the manufacturers.

When you receive your order, please take time to check it against the packing slip or invoice that is included in your shipment. If you receive the wrong product, if a product is missing or if a product is damaged please make contact with Intervene Herbal immediately. We will then verify and arrange to swap the incorrect/damaged product with a new one.

PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION POLICY

Intervene Herbal takes your privacy seriously. All personal information collected on this site will remain confidential and will not be sold, reused, rented, disclosed or loaned to any other party. Intervene Herbal will take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act, No. 4 2013 (South Africa) (POPI).

All images and content is subject to copyright and may not be copied, reproduced, republished or redistributed. This site may be used by customers to browse the content and products and to make legitimate purchases.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

Secure payment may be made via the following channels during the checkout process:

  • PayFast – for secure payment by Credit Card or Debit Card (Visa or Master Card), card details are processed directly on PayFast and Intervene Herbal does not have access to the information.
  • EFT – you can make your payment directly into our bank account. NB! Please use your Order ID and surname as the payment reference, otherwise we will not be able to trace your deposit. FNB is instant, other SA banks (1 or 2 days, unless processed as same day) Your order will not be shipped until the funds have cleared in our account.
